The recently implemented mod Movecraft allows the creation of "drills" which allow the owner to dig down or across. There has been concern from some players that such a device is unfair. However, Movecraft has strict requirements for a drill to function. For a drill to work vertically, the drill tip must be constructed with a minimum of 7 diamond blocks, equaling 63 diamonds. Likewise, a horizontal drilling machine must have a tip of at least 5 diamond blocks (40 diamonds). While this is certainly difficult to obtain, it nonetheless is debatable as to the fairness of the machines do to the ease at which one could mine following the construction of such a device.

Note: It is easy for me to remove the drills without effecting any of the other Movecraft functions.

The drills were allowing for duplicate diamond blocks so they have been banned.
